Release notes & Change log
The Release notes and change logs document versions and out-of-cycle changes, respective to the Website and backend processing. Release notes provide a high level overview of changes, functionality and support. Large or significant updates involve a new version, smaller updates are incorporated into release and small fixes are made in modifications level changes (e.g Version 1 Release 1, Modification 1, is shown as V1.1.1).

Versioned Changes
Versioned changes are changes introduced with the release of a new version. Versioned changes typically apply to the newest version immediately and often will apply to other versions at a future date.
Out-Of-Cycle Changes
We plan not to have anyOut-of-cycle changes as the smallest change is incorporated into a modification change. No are changes planned to be introduced outside of our normal, versioned release schedule and typically do not apply to a specific version. Because of this, out-of-cycle changes are introduced infrequently.
